ELDOA LESSON

Conceived over 30 years ago by the world-renowned French osteopath, Guy VOYER, the ELDOA method consists of performing postural exercises with the primary objective of increasing the space within a chosen joint through myofascial stretching.

As ELDOA™ creates space, there is an improvement in joint mechanics, increased blood flow, reduced pressure on discs, reduced pain, rehydration of the spinal disc, improved muscle tone, better posture, and a sense of well-being and awareness!

The main issues that ELDOA™ solves are:

  • Lifestyles with incorrect postures

  • Joint pain

It is for everyone, especially athletes, it also improves their performance. Classes are 1 hr, an osteo-articular warm-up takes place first and then the ELDOA™ is performed.
